The Advanced Robotics and Automation Certificate prepares students with knowledge and skills in developing, integrating, interfacing, programming, and trouble-shooting advanced manufacturing automation systems.
The certificate focuses on electronics, industrial robot tool handling, operation & programming, programmable logic controllers, control networking, system interfacing & integration, and robot vision applications.
This certificate has no selective or limited admission requirements.

The Advanced Robotics and Automation certificate requires completion of a minimum of 15 credit hours. Courses include a variety of options, including applied robotics, electronics, programmable logic controllers, mechatronics, and more. All students take ETM 4360 - Advanced Automation & Integration.
